2100 Kettner is located in the Little Italy neighborhood in San Diego. The development is a six-story, mixed-use structure that uses our energy-efficient Infinite Facade cladding system with a General Shale brick finish and includes punched windows that have been pre-installed at the manufacturing plant.
2100 Kettner was designed to help create a community on the ground floor that will include restaurants, retail, and an open plaza. The upper levels provide flexible office spaces, outdoor terraces, and private amenities for creative tenants. In addition, the building was built with sustainability in mind – from green roof space to EV charging stations.
